This QueriesHelp Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”) describes the different types of cookies, pixels, local storage objects, log files, and other similar technologies (“cookies”) we use on the QueriesHelp Platform.
About Cookies
Cookies are text files that store information on the browser of your device when you visit a website. These text files are read by websites and help identify your device, remember your preferences, and improve your experience. We use the following categories of cookies:
- First Party and Third Party Cookies. First party cookies are served directly by us to your browser or device. Third party cookies are served by a third party on the QueriesHelp Platform and collect data for that third party.
- Persistent and Session Cookies. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a specific duration. Session cookies only last for the session while your browser window is open and are deleted once you close your browser.
How We Use Cookies
We use the following types of cookies for the purposes outlined below:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are necessary to make the QueriesHelp Platform work and will automatically deploy on your device or browser. We use these cookies to enable core website functionality features, including security, authentication, and network management. You cannot block or disable these cookies.
- Functional Cookies. These cookies help personalize and improve your experience on QueriesHelp by remembering the choices you make. We use these cookies to show that you’re logged into the QueriesHelp Platform, remember your settings (e.g., language preferences, region, text size), remember if we’ve already asked you if you want to fill in a survey, and show embedded content.
- Performance Cookies. These cookies help us understand how you engage with the QueriesHelp Platform and learn what content is popular. These cookies collect information that allow us to analyze which parts of the QueriesHelp Platform users are engaging with and find useful. We also use these cookies for web analytics, to perform traffic sourcing, measure site performance, and test new designs.
- Advertising Cookies. These cookies are used to display targeted advertisements to you based on your browsing history and interests on the QueriesHelp Platform, as well other websites, apps and online services. These cookies help us serve relevant advertisements based on your personal interests. We also use these cookies to improve how we deliver personalized content and measure advertising campaigns on the QueriesHelp Platform.
QueriesHelp Pixel and Third Party Service Providers
We work with third party advertising and analytics service providers to display relevant advertisements to you while on the QueriesHelp Platform and on third party websites. These third party service providers may embed QueriesHelp’s Pixel (“Pixels”) on their websites, which allows us to collect browsing information across sites to display relevant content and advertisements to you. Our Pixels also provide advertisement measurement and performance data for our third party service providers.
Our Pixels collect IP address, date and time of your visit, user agent, cookie IDs, URL, time zone, and other browser-level data. We may also share this information anonymously and in the aggregate with our third party service providers. Please visit our Pixel Privacy Terms for more information and visit this page to learn how to opt out of Pixels tracking.
